Happy Springtime! We want to thank all our fans & customers for their ongoing support through this challenging year. We have some incredible exciting things planned for this year, and we can’t wait to show you!
The primary challenges we are facing as an online store are the shipping & processing times by the postal service. Our primary method of shipping is the United States Postal Service (USPS). At this moment, shipping times now range from 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination. Please expect to see some processing delays for both domestic, and international shipments.
Our staff drops packages at our local post office every 2-4 days. We are currently following all local, and state hazard advisories with regard to COVID-19.
Additional service disruptions have been impacting the USPS, which is leading to delays in deliveries across all states. For international orders, customers may see shipping times of anywhere from 4-12 weeks, depending on the destination. Due to the uncertainty of the current situation, we unfortunately have little insight on the speed of international shipping.

Processing & Delivery
We are currently shipping all non-apparel items on schedule! Our current turnaround times for all orders is within 1-2 weeks of the order date!
As we process limited-edition preorder items, we will endeavor to provide updates with regard to the arrival of preorder stock, and shipping estimates.
We appreciate your support and patience as we continue to expand our selection, while working around situational difficulties.
Apparel & Plush
At this time, print-on-demand processing turnaround has stabilized. The current processing period for apparel items is now about 7-14 days. Please email us at email@example.com for any clarification.
If you have ordered apparel recently, we would also be happy to update you on the status of your individual order, as well! We’re happy to help in any way we can.
We are currently expecting Faust plush to arrive in early April of 2021. Because of the size, and demand of this item, we will be experimenting with using our 3rd party apparel manufacturer/distributor to ship this item. We will keep all customers informed of any changes or difficulties as we identify them We are committed to making sure everyone gets what they need!
